📦Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible, the item must be:
  • Unused
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging

❌Non-returnable items:

• Items marked as final sale
• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Custom-made or personalized items

💸Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚Return Shipping

• You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔁Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us an email first at info@ankahome.store
